Hi, I'm Kristina.
I’m a scientist and a healer. A strategist and a guide. A Life Alchemist.
I help over thinkers, neurodivergent minds, and high-feeling humans regulate their nervous systems, strengthen intuition, and return to a grounded sense of inner balance. This is practical mysticism. We work with dreams, meditation, trance, energetic awareness, and clear tools that translate into real life.

About My Practice
My work is for people who are intelligent, sensitive, and often exhausted from trying to think their way into safety.
I specialize in:
-
Over thinkers and high performers
-
Neurodivergent minds and highly sensitive nervous systems
-
People moving through “victim,” “villain,” or reluctant-human seasons
-
Change agents, founders, executives, and creative leaders navigating big transitions
The core of my practice is simple:
I help you come back into balance, and then build a life that can hold you there.
Depending on what you need, our work may include:
-
Intuitive coaching and energetic insight
-
Dreamwork and subconscious pattern recognition
-
Guided meditation and deeper trance states
-
Nervous system regulation and coherence practices
-
Tools for clarity, boundaries, decision-making, and self-trust
I’m not interested in dependency.
I’m interested in capability.
A major focus of my work is helping you strengthen your own internal guidance system, so you can move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and agency, without needing to outsource your knowing to a “psychic” or “healer.”

I knew I had found my North Star when a friend said to me:
"Kristina, you are radically changing my life for the better with your work.”

About Me
I was born in Atlanta, Georgia to a programmer and an actress, I grew up with one foot in logic and one foot in art. As a teenager, I believed science was the only “real” thing. Art felt like a distraction.
I wanted to become a doctor. The death of my mother from cancer when I was six shaped that desire into something deeper. Even then, I carried an inner knowing that healing would be central to my life’s work.
A family move to Sydney, Australia expanded my world. Living close to the ocean and the natural beauty of the land taught me something I didn’t fully understand at the time: life requires balance. Not just achievement. Not just productivity. Balance.
I attended Carnegie Mellon University and studied Chemistry and International Relations, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. I stayed on the pre-med track, until I experienced a moment of transcendence that quietly changed everything.
During a pre-med workshop at an osteopathic medical school in Philadelphia, I assisted with open-heart surgery on swine. One session took place near a cadaver lab. Nothing looked unusual, but the moment I entered the space, I felt the presence of the dead so strongly it drained the color from my face. They weren’t “dead” to me. I could feel them.
That experience cracked my worldview open. I realized I perceived reality differently, and I could no longer force myself into a path that required me to ignore what I was sensing.
Instead of medical school, I moved into research and development work as a chemist, including creating environmentally responsible cleaning products in Auckland, New Zealand. While living there, inspired by my partner’s recovery from terminal cancer through a strict Ayurvedic regimen and herbal detox protocols, I began studying herbalism.
After three years abroad, I spent my savings on a year of travel. I lived out of a backpack, visited 29 countries, and studied palm reading as a universal icebreaker. To my surprise, I was good at it.
Back in the U.S., newly married, I lived off-grid in Indiana and gave birth at home to my first child, Lyra. Childbirth marked a threshold for me. It was the moment I could no longer dismiss what psychics had told me for years: that I was psychic too.
Postpartum anxiety brought me to one of the darkest seasons of my life. It also became the place where I found the light again. In my recovery, I studied with teachers across multiple traditions, including a faith healer, a shaman, and a medicine woman. I listened. I learned. I practiced. I rebuilt.
Over time, I developed the ability to see, hear, think, and feel subtle energy more clearly. My dreams became precognitive. And I learned how to translate what I perceive into grounded tools that help real people create real change.
Today, my husband and I live in central Georgia on a 60-acre homestead with our two children. I work as an intuitive life coach, energy healer, and business coach, supporting individuals, teams, and leaders through transformation.
