The Inner Villain Transformation Circle is designed to explore the wound work featured on This Spiritual Fix podcast and take it to the next level working individually with Kristina. You’ll deep dive and look at Inner Villainy as a specific method for how we can love ourselves more deeply and allow our light to finally shine.

• Identify the primary villain that is appearing in your experience.

• Work to move that villain through its redemption arc.

• Receive experiential support throughout.

• Radically change your outlook on the human experience for the better.

• Increase your tolerance for bliss by removing the shame you feel about your villainous parts that are weighing you down.

• Become truly invulnerable by embracing your vulnerabilities, by moving your shameful and challenging parts into the light.

• Become emotionally regulated faster and more easily when you are triggered.

• Desensitize your triggers by addressing the source of them, your different parts that are enacting the drama triangle.

Key Details

• The Villain Transformation Circle Cohort is a two hour session that runs in the evenings (EST) for up to 10 weeks (2024 dates to be defined).

• Designed to provide real-world application of the teachings and support in completing your arc.

• Prior to each session, you will be given short videos and exercises to prep.

• The first session will be a introductory call and Q&A.

• The following sessions will include 30min-1hr embodied channeling on the topic and a Q&A followed by breakout groups.
